Facilitation

At the end of a workshop with Cambio, participants talk about how much they got done and they’re asking when they can meet again. What’s more, they feel excited and invigorated about their work.

Cambio uses a highly visual and interactive approach that engages all the visual and hands on learners and allows all participants to see the progress they are making as they work through it. Your final result will include a clear and concise product that everyone will feel invested in. The real value however will be the improved communication, relationships, understanding, shared purpose and new course of action.

Cambio provides facilitation services for as few as 3 people and up to several hundred. Our facilitation services include meetings, workshops and large events.

Inter-Governmental Processes

With the settlement of land claim agreements in the North First Nation Governments have leaped into the decision-making rooms with other levels of government. Cambio is there to guide inter-governmental groups through the diversity of needs, interests and capacities to a point where decisions are made together on complex issues.

Conference and Topic-specific Workshops

Cambio will help you design your workshop/conference and will step in front of the room and make sure that the event unfolds as you had hoped. We keep energy levels high, people engaged and the pace moving.

Public Engagement

Cambio designs and implements friendly and open public processes. When people are passionate about issues, Cambio makes sure there is a space for them to express their perspectives and find areas of common ground with the diversity of interests involved.

“Mark Nelson is eloquent and supportive. He guided us through big decisions with strategies that were accessible, flexible and served our purposes efficiently. It is this kind of process that will provide our board a baseline that well go beyond the simple few hours we spent at cambio. Well worth our time and efforts.”
