Organizational Development
Cambio works with you to build on your organization’s ability to make an impact and create conditions where your staff are productive, happy, healthy and inspired.
With Cambio, you will identify clear roles, responsibilities, goals and objectives. You will build on your strengths and tackle the challenges presented by external pressures, lack of finances, public demands and internal dynamics.
Organizational Assessments
Organizational assessments are a tool that Cambio uses to dig deep to discover what is working well within an organization and what are the key areas where change is needed. So often, people over look key issues that could make a difference in the productivity and health of an organization. Cambio’s organizational assessments get to the bottom of this and include determined questioning to sort out where an organization is.
Cambio’s organizational assessment are based on the participation of the leadership and staff in an organization. They are not outside assessments of what is taking place but a facilitated review by the people who work there.
Organizational Development
Cambio guides you and your staff through a process of building the strength of your organization. This includes services in training, leadership coaching, capacity development planning, developing operational procedures, developing public service standards, visioning, strategizing and decision-making.
Strategic Planning
Every Strategic Planning process is tailor-made for the needs, interests and dynamics of the organization that we are working with. If your organization has previously done strategic planning then the focus is on re-visiting, re-aligning and strategizing for the years ahead. Where the situation is complex, this can involve an in depth assessment of where the organization is at. And if it the first time planning, the process includes visioning, value setting, an assessment of the present and strategizing based on current realities and known trends.
Sample Projects

“Throughout the process, Angela finds a way to move the discussion forward without avoiding the tough questions. She leads the group through the most contentious issues, knowing exactly when to steer the conversation into safer territory and when there is enough energy and consensus in the room to push through a rough conversation. That talent is key to leading a multi-party process through to a successful conclusion.
No voice is ever drowned out and no perspective is ever lost, even in highly charged, multi-party environments.”
