About Cambio

Cambio is a dynamic facilitation team based out of Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada that works with organizations interested creating change for themselves and their community.

Cambio’s services are informed by the “do-it-yourself” attitude of northern Canada and the First Nations culture of working for and with community. Our processes also draw from innovative approaches developed in many corners of the world.

At the end of a workshop with Cambio, participants talk about how much got done, how they gained new perspectives and they’re asking when they can get together again.

Your final product will include a clear and concise result that everyone will feel invested in. The real results however will be the improved communication, relationships, understanding, shared purpose and new course of action.

“Angela and her team had a dynamic approach to facilitation which kept us all engaged... The use of visual aids, small group work, and creative activities allowed us to accomplish our strategic planning goals without feeling depleted and burned out at the end.”

“Angela guided our group through a process which allowed for both in-depth discussion and creative thinking while still keeping us on task to accomplish our strategic planning goals.”
